Veggie cordon bleu


The name “cordon bleu” seems to derive from a coveted award – the “blue ribbon” to be precise – won by a passenger liner that set a record for fastest average speed across the Atlantic in 1929; the famous dish was allegedly invented on that same ship. This veggie version is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets and works great as a tasty, healthy meal.

Indications for cooking:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes if you are cooking one cutlet, or 6 minutes for 2 cutlets.
  • Remove the product from its package and cook over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
