Veggie burger with pumpkin and sunflower seeds


Seeds can be used in many different ways in the kitchen. We have chosen to blend them into our burgers. Munch on them to explore their intense flavour and benefit from their nutritional properties. Like other oil seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are rich in proteins, polyunsaturated fats and fibre.

Indications for cooking:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes if you are cooking 1 burger - 6 minutes for 2 burgers.
  • Cook the burgers in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for 6 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
