Veggie burger with artichokes and dried tomatoes


The first tomatoes were used as ornamental plants in Italy – they sure didn’t know what they were missing! Fresh, ruby-coloured and rich in beneficial properties, tomatoes go wonderfully with the distinct taste and balanced flavour of artichokes. Italy is one of the largest European producers of this vegetable.

Indications for cooking:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes if you are cooking one burgers, or 6 minutes for 2 burgers.
  • Cook in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil the burgers for 6 minutes, turning through cooking
