Mini veggie burger with spinach


These miniburgers enhance the sweet taste of the thick, green leaves of spinach through a flavourful recipe. Healthy and delicious, spinach is a nutrient-rich vegetable. Originally from Southwest Asia, spinach was introduced to Europe around the year 1000 by the Arabs, who seem to have discovered this plant in Persia.

Indications for cooking:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes if you are cooking 2 miniburgers, or 6 minutes for 4 miniburgers.
  • Cook the burgers in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for 6 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
