Chickpea falafel


A dish filled with the traditional flavours of the Middle East: made with chickpea and spices, falafel balls owe their name to the Coptic expression “pha la phel” meaning “many beans”, to indicate that they are made with plenty of legumes, originally broad beans.

Indications for cooking:
